When you head out camping, the last thing on your mind is probably rules. However, campground rules are important and necessary so that your camping experience can be as pleasant as possible. Remember that campgrounds rules aren’t meant to be limiting, but rather meant to make the experience better for all guests. We must be respectful of others and use common sense.
1. Parents and visitors are responsible for the conduct of their children while on the premises. Children must be at their campsite during quiet hours. An adult must accompany children under 10 when using the restrooms.
2. There are no tents allowed on RV sites without prior approval, and until payment has been made at the office. Tent camping is limited to 1 week. $10/night max size 4 person tent.
3. Please place all garbage in the trash dumpster located near the pavilion. You are responsible for your own litter, including cigarettes.Campsites are to be kept clean and orderly.
4. No dirt bikes, ATV’s, or mini-bikes are allowed on the premises.
5. Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk through other sites when navigating the park.
6. RV washing is only permitted twice a season once at the beginning and once at the end of the season. No vehicle washing is allowed.
7. Our campground is not responsible for accidents resulting in injury to guests and/or damages to their property, or for the loss of valuables of any kind.
8. Do not run generators in the park.
9. Do not damage trees in any way including nailing, screwing and cutting. Do not cut or collect downed wood or trees on the campground property.
10. Quiet hours are 10 p.m to 7 a.m.
11. No smoking around the pool area or playground.
12. Do not trespass on properties surrounding Creek Valley Campground.
13. Please obey the 5 MPH speed limit. This applies to all vehicles, including golf carts, UTVs and other modes of transportation on all roads in the campground.
14. Enjoy campfires responsibly and adhere to local fire regulations. Always extinguish fires completely before leaving them unattended. Use existing campfire rings only. Do not move fire rings. Do not burn or put trash in fire rings
15. The picnic table on your site may be moved but, it must be returned to the original site at the end of your stay. Do not deface the tables.
16. The Property is under 24 hour video surveillance.
17. Check-in is 2 p.m. and check-out is 1 p.m.
18. Early check-in before noon is ½ the nightly rate, check-in between noon and 2 p.m is $10/per hour. Call ahead for availability.
19. No riding bikes or other modes of transportation after dark unless they have head lights or reflective lights.
20. No fireworks, firearms, or weapons of any kind are allowed in the campground.
21. Dump Station: Iowa State Law prohibits any sewage or gray water to be dumped on the ground. Use the dump station within the park.
22. The pavilion is rentable to those with a concurrent camping reservation only. No outside parties. Campers can reserve the pavilion for $50 per day.
23. EV charging will result in the site being charged for their electric use. Only available on sites with meters. prior authorization required.
pets
Pets are REQUIRED to be on a leash at all times outside of your camping site. Pets must be quiet and never left unattended. Max of 2 pets per site. Pet owners are expected to clean up after their pets, including at the campsite weekly. Pets are not allowed in any building, pool, or the playground. Pets shall be up to date with all vaccinations. pet owners are responsible for the whereabouts, actions, and safety of their pet(s) while at Creek Valley Campground.
pool
There is no lifeguard on duty; you swim at your own risk. State law requires that anyone (12) twelve years old or younger be accompanied by a guardian of (21) twenty-one years of age or older while in and/or around the pool area. Therefore, we will ask any children swimming without an appropriate guardian to leave the pool. We put your child’s safety above all else, and we hope you agree with us. NO smoking, NO pets, and NO diving and/or running for safety purposes in the pool area. NO GLASS containers are permitted in the pool and patio area. No food within the fenced pool area. Only closed lid drinking containers within the fenced area. There shall be no inflatables over 2 ft in any direction other than for the use of toddlers and infants. Guests of those camping and using the pool are limited to a party size in the pool of 7 swimmers. This is a private pool not open to the general public.

Friday-Saturday 9am-9pm or dark
The pool is open weather depending, seasonally Memorial day-labor day.
Golf Cart Policy
All drivers must be 16 years or older. Drivers shall possess a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. The owner of the cart is financially responsible for any damage caused by their cart to the campground property or any other camper’s property on the grounds, or for any personal injury. No drinking and driving. No riding the trails between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Be Respectful
Safety is our number one priority, so please follow the rules. Anyone whose conduct is offensive or disorderly to our campers, guests, residents, management or employees will be forced to leave the premises or restricted to their site. Management will make the final decision in any instance of offensive behavior. If this occurs and the individual refuses to leave, local authorities will be summoned, and trespassing charges will be filed. The individual may also be banned from the campground, as the campground is private property. Campers must follow all state, county and federal laws. Authorities will be contacted to investigate illegal activities including; vandalism, disturbances and any kind of drug use. If police or sheriff respond to a location for any illegal activity, the campground reserves the right to cancel the Seasonal Agreement or have overnight campers leave the premises. There shall be no refunds issued in such situations.
NO REFUNDS – Camping is an outdoor experience. therefore, we do not give refunds due to bad weather, the discomforts of nature or if you leave early. Violators of any rules may be asked to leave without refund. Advanced reservations are requested, and MUST be paid in full at the time of booking. Check or cash must be received within 5 days of making the reservation.
Cancellations 10 days or more prior to arrival will have a $20 fee. Cancellations made less than 10 days from arrival will forfeit the full reservation payment. One free change of dates (up to 1 year) is allowed if made more than 10 days before the arrival. No refunds for the on-line reservation booking and credit card fee.
PERSONAL & PROPERTY RESPONSIBILITY
Creek Valley Campground, LLC. assumes no responsibility for injury or accident to campers, guests, or pets. Campers and guests should take normal precautions against loss of money and valuables. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the whereabouts, actions, and safety of their child(ren) while at Creek Valley Campground. Use of campground amenities and participation in any campground activity is at the risk of the participant(s).
Creek valley campground, llc reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Anyone not abiding by the campground rules will be required to leave with no refund.
Rule enforcement is at the discretion of campground management.
Campground reserves the right to make any new rules or changes to rules as needed without notice.
